Independence

Night presence

Someone in the house at night, to reassure, help to the bathroom, and call for help if needed.

Some nights are hard: fear of falling, waking up confused, a return from hospital. A carer stays in the house, awake or resting nearby, depending on the need.

For whom

  • Older people who should not be alone at night
  • Families who need to rest

How it goes

We define together the type of night and the hours. The carer notes how the night went for the family.
