Childcare and home help

4:30 p.m.: someone is waiting for them at the school gate.

The school run, homework, snack, bath and dinner, until you get home. And for the grandparents, help to stay at home. One agency for the whole family.

The same faces at home

As far as possible, the same carer comes every time, and a replacement you have already met when they are away.

A visit at home before anything starts

We come to see you, with your family if you wish, to understand the needs, the habits and the house.

Help with the funding file

APA, disability compensation, pension fund aid, tax credit: we tell you what may apply and help you with the paperwork.

A contact for the family

One person at the agency follows the file, answers the children's questions and adjusts the schedule when needs change.

Crossing safely, step by step

1

You call us

For yourself, a parent or your children. We listen to the situation and answer the first questions on the phone.

2

We visit you at home

A free assessment visit: needs, days, times, the house, the people who already help.

3

A written proposal

The schedule, the hourly price, the aid that may apply and the estimated cost after tax credit, on paper.

4

The help begins

Your carer is introduced to you. We check after the first weeks that everything suits you.

To prepare for the visit

  • Any APA or disability compensation decision
  • The details of the doctor and the nurse, if any
  • The days and times that matter most
  • A family member, if you wish

Our carers do not give nursing care: that is the role of a nurse, with whom we coordinate.

A word in the homework book

"My mother wanted to stay at home. With Martine every morning and the shopping on Thursdays, she can, and I sleep better."
Isabelle M.Daughter of a client, 88 years old
"They came to the house, explained the APA file to us and filled it in with us. The help started quickly."

"Clara picks up the children after school three evenings a week. They adore her, and we come home calm."

Families' questions

How much does it cost, and what aid is there?
It depends on the number of hours and on your situation. With a declared provider, part of what you pay qualifies for a tax credit; APA, disability compensation or pension fund aid may fund some hours. We give you a written estimate after the visit.
Is the first visit free?
Yes. We come to your home to understand the needs and the house, then send you a written proposal. You decide afterwards.
Will it always be the same person?
As far as possible, yes. When your carer is on holiday or ill, we send a replacement you have already met whenever we can.
Do your carers give medical care?
No. They help with daily life and personal hygiene, but nursing care is done by a nurse or a home nursing service, with whom we coordinate.
Can you start quickly after a hospital stay?
Call us as soon as the discharge date is known. We organise the visit and the first help as quickly as our schedule allows.
Do you look after children?
Yes: after school, on Wednesdays, during holidays. For children under three, care at home requires an approval, which we hold.
